Reiki, which translates to "universal life force" is an ancient healing practice that taps into the innate energy present in all living things, which is also sometimes called “love”, “chi”, or “prana”, and helps support & restore the body's bio-field to promote deep relaxation, energy flow, and connection to all things. So what makes our life force deplete? If we are in a state of stress, resistance, fear, worry, or anger for instance for a sustained period of time, or if our needs are neglected regularly, our life force depletes creating illness, physical tension, pain, and even chronic illness and disease. How can this be done remotely? Because this is an energy medicine/treatment and because energy exists all around us and doesn’t recognise boundaries or physical distance, Reiki can be done remotely and reiki healing can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Whether you're in London or Bristol, I am working with people in various locations, all of whom are experiencing transformations. Your experience: Prior to the session you will receive further guidance from Laura, including instructions on how to prepare for the session so that you get the most out of it. Health guidelines: While Reiki is generally suitable for most healthy individuals, it is not recommended for pregnant women in the first trimester, or for anyone wearing a pacemaker as the channeled energy may interfere with the rhythm of the pacemaker.
