As a musician, qualified & insured Sound Therapy & Reiki Practitioner, Laura specialises in a unique blend of healing modalities, including: voice therapy, Himalayan/Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, therapeutic percussion, sound massage and reiki. 

 

Laura's journey into sound healing & reiki began as a personal quest for relief from chronic stress-induced illnesses, leading to a profound transformation that now drives her passion to help others.

Laura's approach

I love to work with sound medicine in an evidence-based way, but I also love to combine this with the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of self, and the wisdom of the body so it is holistic.

 

I believe that you are your own healer, innate in you are your own answers and wisdom that can help you maintain a state of resonance, and my role and the sound & reiki's role is to help you access that and maintain it. 

 

My method takes the best techniques from the many training courses I have been on, and combines them to give you the best experience I possibly can. The conversations we have around the sessions, the exercises or books I give you to read, as well as the guidance received from oracle cards, guides, crystals & aromatherapy, are all part of the unique experience I offer. 

 

For 1-2-1s, I prefer to work with women who are committed to their own wellbeing and self-development, for healing work takes times and isn't a straight forward process. The reason I focus on women on a 1-2-1 basis as I am more specialised in women's health at this point in time. However, I welcome everyone to the group sessions, and my partner Tom Robertson, who is a Trainee Sound Therapist & Cacao Facilitator, typically runs the group sessions with me as part of his training. Once qualified, Tom will also be offering 1-2-1s.
